Quality Tainung No. 57 sweet potatoes grown from healthy seedlings and plantings. Carefully selected by K.K. Orchard; only those which pass our strict inspection procedures are then professionally processed to make French fries. Sweet potatoes are cut into strips and frozen quickly to preserve the original flavors. Our French fries have a creamy, soft, and fluffy texture and require very little cooking.
